Muncy Medical LLC (“Muncy Medical,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides telehealth services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the State of West Virginia, including but not limited to standards set forth by the West Virginia Board of Medicine and applicable provisions of the West Virginia Code governing telemedicine.
By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving services from Muncy Medical LLC, you (“patient” or “you”) agree to the following Zero Refund Policy:

1. No Refund Policy
All fees paid to Muncy Medical LLC are non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:
• Telehealth consultations
• Medical evaluations
• Administrative or service-related fees
Once an appointment is scheduled, provider time is reserved and medical resources are allocated. Therefore, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Missed or no-show appointments
• Late arrivals or failure to attend
• Dissatisfaction with clinical outcomes or treatment decisions
• Determination that a prescription, diagnosis, or requested treatment is not clinically appropriate
• Technical issues on the patient’s side (including internet connectivity, device malfunction, or user error)

2. Telehealth Consent and Acknowledgment
By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to receive healthcare via telehealth in accordance with West Virginia law. You understand that:
• Telehealth services may have inherent limitations compared to in-person care
• Providers will exercise professional judgment in determining appropriate care
• No guarantees are made regarding diagnosis, treatment outcomes, or prescriptions
Your payment is for the provider’s time, expertise, and evaluation, not for any guaranteed result.

3. Rescheduling Policy
Patients may request to reschedule an appointment prior to the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling is:
• Subject to provider availability
• Not guaranteed
• Offered as a courtesy and does not create any obligation for Muncy Medical LLC
Failure to request rescheduling in advance will result in forfeiture of the appointment and all associated fees.

4. Compliance with West Virginia Law
Muncy Medical LLC operates in compliance with applicable telehealth and medical practice laws in the State of West Virginia. Nothing in this policy is intended to:
• Waive or limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law
• Override any mandatory patient protections required by state or federal regulations
If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable under West Virginia law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks
By purchasing services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your financial institution except in cases of verified fraud. In the event of a dispute:
• Muncy Medical LLC reserves the right to provide documentation of services rendered, appointment records, and this policy as evidence
• You agree to be responsible for any costs incurred by Muncy Medical LLC in responding to or contesting such disputes, to the extent permitted by law
